Coconut Water Mango Juice: Two fruits in one refreshing drink
Coconut water mango jelly is a refreshing and tasty dessert or snack that combines the sweetness of mango with the hydrating properties of coconut water. Here’s a simple recipe to make coconut water mango jelly:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of coconut water
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of agar agar powder
- 1/2 cup of mango puree
- Mango chunks (optional)
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine the coconut water, sugar, and agar agar powder.
- Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar and agar agar powder dissolve.
- Add the mango puree to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or container and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Once the coconut water mango jelly is set, cut it into desired shapes and serve with mango chunks (if using).
